Account Suspended due to Shopping policies - comedy

Good day

 

Hope you are well and not experiencing such a problem we do lol

We are new on Google Merchant.

 

 

7th we submitted the feed. 

10th account suspended due to Shopping policies violation - RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

11th revaluated and approved.

12th  9.47pm Email from Mr Srinivas received saying everything is fine Congratulations

12th 11pm Account suspended duo to Shopping policies violations - with no exact problem explained.

 

Anyway there was nothing changed on the shop since its been re-valuated and approved and somehow its been dissaproved. By reading comments and topics of Google forum looks like Google is company who loves making Comedy for potencial people who is earning money for them.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing problems.

 

To take your points in turn, your account was firstly suspended due to one policy violation, you corrected this and your account was reinstated. However, this was due to I assume, a correction or modification to this one problem.

 

Google will have reviewed this issue and agreed this was no longer violating policy. This does not mean to say, elsewhere in your feed or website you are not violating another.

 

Forum users cannot help with suspension, only Google can advise on the problem, the lists of violations and suspected issues are so vast, that we simply could not advise, without pure speculation. 

 

I would suggest you either reply directly to the email you received in regards to the Shopping Policy Violations and ask for further assistance, of alternatively give them a call

Be sure to tell them it is in regard to Shopping Campaigns, so you can be directed to a specialist.

You know Google have to work out to tell exact reason why account is suspended. Not just to say its because Shopping polcies. Shopping policies can have many reasons of suspension. Its same as you buy Nokia phone, there is many models of them. Thats just advice for them, it would save a lot of time for them and people if they create system and tell reasons straight away. Google then only would need to revaluate feed. Hope it will happen soon, Anyway customer support is crapped because offten when you call them they dont know reason because you Google Merchant - security team dont have number, thats another minus for Google when people like me is paying money for advertising and not getting proper service. I believe if they keep continuing doing this people will move to different shopping sites...

Hi Lorst,

 

I understand your frustration with the matter, however, Google have worked on this premise for a long time. 

 

They do list the shopping policies clearly on the site and they expect people to read this and follow them to the letter. 

 

If you do not do so, then you are going to unfortunately get the dreaded suspension email. For this, you will need to reply to. In my experience, they will reply and let you know the reasoning in the email. 

 

When you reply a dedicated member will research into your feed and advise you further.
