My merchant center and feed have been up and running for a few days now but I've just got these two errors appear, I've no idea how to fix them though, does anyone have any suggestions?

Not performing automatic item updates for availability
Not performing automatic item updates for price

Thanks,

You need to enable automatic updates under GMC > 3 dots in the top right corner > Automatic updates and enable the feature

Than install microdata on your site, if you do not know how to do this, search on google how to do this with your specified ecommerce platform.

Hope it helps.

Hi,

This was working before, not sure why it stopped. I've unselected everything, saved and reselected these options (how long would it take for the changes to take effect?):

Simply checking and unchecking is not your issue, you need to make sure your microdata is working

First ensure microdata on your product landing page is not json meaning you need to use html elements.

Example :

<div itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Product">
  <meta itemprop="name" content="Google Nexus 7" />
  <meta itemprop="gtin14" content="00886227537143" />
  <div itemprop="offers" itemscope="" itemtype="http://schema.org/Offer">
    <meta itemprop="priceCurrency" content="GBP">
    <meta itemprop="price" content="£289.95">
    <meta itemprop="availability" content="In Stock">
    <meta itemprop="itemCondition" itemtype="http://schema.org/OfferItemCondition" content="http://schema.org/NewCondition" />
  </div>
</div>

If you know its not a json microdata, check if the required elements are added via https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/u/0/

Copy a landing page with your product which is submitted to Google Merchant, and validate it in the structured data testing tool.

Hope it helps.

You need to check that all attributes are added, such as title, price, condition etc...

Ok so I have three things under Items>Notifications:
- Automatic item updates: Missing schema.org microdata availability information
- Missing microdata for condition
- Automatic item updates: Missing schema.org microdata price information

There are 40 items in each of these categories, which are all the same. When I check a particular product for these three errors with the Data Testing Tool I find:

Availability: availability - http://schema.org/InStock
Condition: itemCondition - http://schema.org/NewCondition
Price: price - 5.9904

So price is there, I assume the http://schema link is there due to missing data?

I'm using Prestashop so will do a bit more googling...

I've refreshed the feed a couple of times today and its now down to 31 errors, I'll re-check tomorrow and see how it's going...

Thanks for the link, you are missing microdata elements such as

Price

Availability

You need to make sure all required elements are added to your product landing page, if you do not know how to do this than I recommend contacting your prestashop web developer

Or the prestashop theme developer

Or search online on how to do it yourself by using keywords that describe what you are looking for.

But the issue is related to your website not Google Merchant.
