Hi! I have connected Merchant Center with AdWords, created Product Listing Ad, added products, set the budget, etc. Everything seems to be fine, BUT, there is 0 clicks so far, and it as been like a week already. I see the offer of my competitors in Google Shop, but haven't seen mine so far. Should I set keywords for this ad? I read somewhere that it's impossible? So what can be the problem with? S.O.S.

the bid and quality determine results.

be certain that there have been no recent changes to any submitted (feed)
data, for any target-country, that might have prevented items from being
included within a product-group and assigned a bid -- only items that have
enough bid and quality may win a slot in the auctions and seen in results.

also, check for any changes to the shopping-campaign that might
have caused a similar issue of items not being assigned a bid.

then, check the account statistics for any impressions --
if there are impressions but no clicks then, the issue
is typically related to (low) quality.

also, check the dimensions-tab to inspect exactly which
search-terms are triggering impressions, but no clicks.

also, within the merchant-center-account, check for any reported issues
under the diagnostics-tab by clicking on the blue or flagged current-issues
boxes and then clicking the issue, effected-items, or learn-more links;
if the api is used, similar issues will be reported under api-diagnostics.

issues may be reported 72-hours or so after the data is submitted --
the website, images, or submitted data, may be flagged for issues.

product-listing-ads do not use keywords -- product-listing-ads derive
their quality and relevance from all attribute data submitted for an
item -- especially the title and description attributes.

title should simply name the physical item -- description should
describe the physical item or how the physical item might be used.

keywords cannot be used within the shopping-campaign.
