Hi There, we recently put our budget on hold and I started receiving these emails saying zero items in our feed were processed.

 

I wanted to understand were they not processed because there is no budget? Or because there is an issue with our feed?

Check your Google Merchant Account for any data feed errors, pausing the budget does not stop Google Merchant from collecting and validating products.

Thanks Emmanuel, I just checked and no errors but also no products loading in. I have changed any settings though.

The most likely issue is that the data feed does not work anymore, check your plugin, feed or management tool you are using. As products are imported via a feed, so if there are no errors it means the feed does not work.
