Hello - my feed is grabbed via the API at BigCommerce.com. The summary says "no processing Errors" but it says 0/0 successful and no items inserted. Ideas as to why this may be happening?

first, thank you for the screen-capture.

be certain that there is only one feed registered for the target-county --
generally, the one registered-feed should be registered only once, and the
same registered feed is used for all updates (changes, additions, or deletes).

if the method is via bigcommerce then, both the initial set-up and any update

(all re-uploads) must be done exactly as google and bigcommerce specifies --

https://support.bigcommerce.com/articles/Public/Selling-on-Google-Shopping

if any step is skipped or any step is not done
exactly as both google and bigcommerce specify --
both within the bigcommerce-account and within
the merchant-center-account -- then, the linking
and the data-import will not happen properly.

be certain to review each step in both accounts.

otherwise, unfortually, forum-members cannot look into accounts --
we would need more information and more screen-captures for example.

otherwise, the best likely course would be
to contact bigcommerce-support directly.
