We purchased two other domains and they are forwarding to one of the pages on erikrbrown.com, how can I track those two other domains please?

Hi, I didn't clearly understand which task are you trying to accomplish. You can create separate Google Analytics property for each of your websites within 1 account. And you will see greatagentbook.com and bestagentbook.com as referrals in your http://www.ericrbrown.com/

Have you tried checking to see if it shows up under acquisition > source? Considering you have multiple domain names pointing to the same website, you might want to look at search console to track which URLs are getting used as back-links on other websites.
