Google Optimize GTM Tag Conflicting with Google Analytics Ecommerce Tracking
Yesterday I deployed the Google Optimize tag on one of our domains via Google Tag Manager. Once this was done, GA stopped reporting conversions. The Universal Analytics transaction tag, and the Google Optimize tag are both built-in tags so I would expect the two to work in harmony.
I have since removed the Google Optimize tag and conversions are being reported once again. Has anyone else experienced this?
I understand GTM isn't the most elegant solution for Google Optimize but we are currently trying it out without committing development resource to it - and find the above concerning.
