Change Data in Google Analytics

So for the month of November our Google analytics has been recording transactions twice. The amount of revenue in Google Analytics is double what we actually took in.

We've solved the problem of things recording twice, is there now a way to go back through the data and change it so that it shows the true revenue we took in?

Sorry mate, there's no way to retro fix data within the free version of Google Analytics.

You cannot remove the transaction hits themselves, though you could create negative transactions to adjust your revenue figure. However, some time has already passed so if you were to make any historical analyses then the results could look a little odd. Also, if it's a lot of transactions it will be a lot of work.....here's the support link: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1037443?hl=en
