Set up new page for each variation?

Hi,

When starting a new experiment - A/B, Multivariate or Redirect - should I have a page with new URL for each variation or does Optimize duplicates the original page and just adds a variant to the URL without me needing to develop a new page?

just trying to figure out how many pages should I ask the dev team to prepare in advance.

Thanks

E

You do not need to duplicate the original page. Let's say you want to test page A, for example. Once you set page A as the target URL, all you need to do is add a variant in the case that you're working on an A/B test. Clicking into the variant would let your developer work on editing the new variation.
