oAuth - 404 Not Found Error

We have set up a project to use Google My Business API.  We have received an email "Congratulations - your project has been approved to use the Google My Business API" so I believe (but could be mistaken) that this means the project has been whitelisted.

I have enabled the Google My Business API in our developer account.

The problem is when I try to follow the steps listed here ("make a simple http request").  The first bit works fine, I get the Access Token back for the Authorize API.  But when I do the Send Request for it returns 404 Not Found error.

Does this mean the project isn't actually whitelisted?  Or is there some other option I need to set?

Also.. we have two logins, the 'business' login and the 'developer' login.  The project in question was created through the 'developer' login but it is the 'business' login which has the top-level Google My Business access.

So, is the error occurring because the project should have been created through the developer console of the 'business' login?  (Hopefully that makes sense).
