Sudden error "Administrative areas aren't used in FR"[ Edited ]

If you could provide a little explanation for this sudden error and instructions on how to best get around it, it would be much appreciated.
My team and I have made add / update requests to GMB API for some time now with the use of "address.administrativeArea" with no problems for locations in France. It's been very suddenly that we start to receive:
"Administrative areas aren't used in FR"
Has GMB API criteria for accepting or not accepting administrative areas changed recently? Is the change applicable to all locations in France, or just in some isolated areas? (We've received it for Île-de-France and Normandy, for example.)
From this point forward, does it mean I should no longer add administrative areas to add / update requests if they are being made for locations in France?
Thanks a lot for your instruction.

Hi @Philip K,
Yes, you should not add administrativeArea when you create or update a location in France. Since the address formats can vary widely by country, so all fields may not be required for every location. Depending on the country, some fields will be required, optional, or not allowed. I suggest you checkout this article for more information about address format.
I hope this helps!
