No results when trying to enable Google My Business API in console

We received an email stating our request was approved for Google My Business API however when I login to the developer console and search for Google My Business API it says no results found.

It makes no difference which of the provided email addresses, that are logged in.

The common cause for not being able to find the Google My Business API in Google Developers Console is your Google Account may not have been submitted in the access request form as an email address that will administer the Project ID.

It is a very large organisation, so I don't know where to look for it...
