Negative review by someone impersonating a client

To Whom it may concern:

A negative review has been written about our practice by a person we believe is impersonating a disgruntled patient. The name of the reviewer's google account is not part of our client base.
This reviewer is trying to impersonate a patient. We believe it could be a recently dismissed employee trying to damage our reputation.

The view expressed in the review does not match our standards of practicing. Please investigate and fix accordingly.
