Hi,

When I requested to enable GMB API for my account, my account was provided with 2 GMB APIs:

1. Google My Business API (mybusiness)

2. Google My Business API (mybusiness.googleapis.com)

I would like to know the differences between these 2 APIs and their scopes

Also, Will there be any conflict in Requesting the GMB API if these two are enabled for my project?

Thanks and Regards,

Bharath

Hi @anumula b and @Mustafa K,

The Google My Business API (mybusiness) is the legacy service which is going to be discontinued in future. Therefore, we suggest you only use Google My Business API (mybusiness.googleapis.com) service for your project.

There won’t be any conflict in requesting the GMB API if both the services are enabled in the project.

There is currently no public staging environments available for the Google My Business API.

Thanks,

The Google My Business API team
