PPC Landing page doesn't match to those I've set up in Adwords?

While tracking the PPC traffic on our website, I checked the landing pages for the visitors but found a peculiar issue that few landing pages were not the ones which I have set in my Adword campaigns. All the ad copies are set with search pages for various services but there are landing pages which are for service page i.e. product page. Don't know How to filter them.? Can anyone help me understanding it.

Hey Sushant,

Landing pages are exactly what they sound like, a place where your traffic first touches on your website.

Instead of 'removing' areas like product page I recommend you create a 'segment' that only targets certain traffic.

Let me know how it goes!

No Joshua,

I think i missed on explaining my question.

Basically, my adword campaigns has 4 landing pages set up for instances,

abc.com/patch

abc.com/match

abc.com/catch

abc.com/stach

But when I checked the landing page in GA, the landing pages showing are more then these 4 and some others are also showing like,

abc.com/patch/day1/property.html

abc.com/patch/night2/property.html

So basically, I want to know how does a PPC campaign taking my user to a landing page which I haven't assigned or used in Adword?
