Incorrect GA UTM Source and Medium Values

The tracking from our Adword campaigns to GA is breaking due to the code structure within the URL of our landing page. This is due to the content management system that we use (Fatwire) which substitutes the ? within the URL and replaces it with an &. This then breaks the UTM parameters, so source and medium data is not properly tracked. Anyone else have an issue like this. Is there a solution or work around that would work so that these UTM parameters are tracked correctly.

There is no reason to manual tag your destination URLs in AdWords

Enable auto tagging for your AdWords account - https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/1752125?hl=en
Link your AdWords account to your GA account - https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1033961?hl=en

We are doing auto tagging and we do have our Adwords account connected properly to our GA Account. Our issue did not start to occur until Fatwire required that we add the "&" to our URL. Which is now causing all UTMs after it to not be properly recorded
