I would like to know how to send custom parameters in each page of a site
using Google Analytics, based on this documentation
it seems to be possible, however I don't know how to send these google tag params (ecomm_prodid, ecomm_pagetype, ecomm_totalvalue)

First you need to meet the prerequisites:

As the next step you need to create custom dimensions for each custom parameter:

Read about creating custom dimensions here:

You need to modify the tracking code to dynamically assign the values to the custom parameters:

If you are using Google Tag Manager, you need to push the values into the data layer, set up datalayer variables in GTM and set the custom dimensions in your Universal Analytics tracking tag.

You also need to create the attributes for dynamic remarketing:

You can use the Google Tag Assistant or GA debugger chrome plugins to check if your custom dimensions are working.

If you set up everything properly, AdWords will detect the custom parameters, you'll see it under Campaigns -> Shared library -> Audiences:

I hope I covered all the required steps, let me know if you have questions.
