Google Analytics reporting Zillow Ad clicks. Questioning the numbers

We have ads with Zillow in a number of different states and we are noticing in Google Analytics for ONE city in one of the states they numbers are much much higher anywhere else.  We would like to think that this is all business that is coming into us BUT it doesn't seem to be the case.

For every single report from the city in question we have:

Avg Session Duration 0:00:00

Bounce Rate 100%

The frequency seems to be ONE hit every minute for this city / state geo.

Any advice on how to start identifying the issue?

that usually means spam traffic that never hits your site.
is that 'traffic' being marked as from source 'zillow' in your GA?
usually it comes in as spam referral traffic

Thanks for the reply. That is what I was thinking but then I read an article that said that .."GA ignores bots and spiders" .. but then I found a configuration item in the view setup that says "Exclude hits from know bots and spiders". So I have enabled that BUT .. all of the traffic has a source of Zillow so I don't know if this checkbox is going to make any difference.

GA does not ignore all bots and spiders and clicking that button is a good idea but barely scratches the issue of referral spam unfortunately.
