Hi all.

We're experiencing the same issue like noted in this thread: https://www.en.advertisercommunity.com/t5/forums/v3_1/forumtopicpage/board-id/Measure-AdWords/thread...

I have tried the verified the following:

  • GA code is installed correctly. Universal version.
  • GA code is inside the head tag.
  • The correct Google Analytics tag is auto-tagged on Adwords.
  • The links are all shown correctly in the ads: no redirection at all.
  • I have access to Analytics and to Adwords as admin.
  • There is no filter on Analytics.

Yet, clicks are 400+ and no sessions at all. 0. Any help, please?

Check to see if your gclid parameters are making it through to the website. They can be stripped away by a redirect which means the adwords traffic gets attributed to direct (or possibly organic). Check to see whether your destination URLs match those on the website.

Hi, John.

Thanks for the help.

Yet, as been said, there are no redirections on the link. It is: http://URL.com/product/PRODUCT-NAME/?gclid=CNxxxxxxNMCFQSLaQodCCACZA - the gclid does passes through.

The other channels work just great.
