Hi David :-)
Are you wanting to delete the whole analytics account or an individual property within an analytics account?

If you want to delete an individual property, then you can do so via the applicable Property Settings page at the top right
is a button - Move to trash can.
It will stay in the trash for 35 days and wil then be permanently deleted.

To delete an analytics account is done using the same method via the Account Setting page instead.

Thanks
Bronwyn

I would like Google Analytics to stop whatever they are doing and charging for. I got a $150 charge last month and my site is not generating any income as of today.

I think that is a Google AdWords account or something else.

Google Analytics is either free or over 100k a year.
SO defo you're not charged by Google Analytics.
