According to ios-install-tracking we can see that it sends IDFA to Google Analytics.

Could someone provide technical details about fetching IDFA for just installed app?

Thank you

Hi Rustam,

Not sure exactly what you need as I don't think the IDFA is exposed anywhere but does power some reports and allows campaign collection:

Hello Theo,

Thank you for response. Honestly, I am still confusing about IDFA. If I correctly understand we use IDFA in URL builder and also when we send IDFA via GA using tracker.allowIDFACollection property. So next questions make me crazy:
1). Are IDFA in URL builder and in iOS App the same?
2). Which IDFA should I use in URL builder?
3). Can I get campaign information in iOS code if user installs my iOS application from built URL and open it in usual way from home screen (I mean without different link which I can process in "applicationSmiley SadUIApplication *)application openURLSmiley SadNSURL *)url" method)
4). If I use tracker.allowIDFACollection without Ad in my app then is there any problems regarding the app rejection?

Also let me explain my primary goal: I want to brand my application using external AppStore installation links which comes from web. So depending on link, the app should show appropriate UI (assume that the app is not installed yet). Is that GA solution appropriate for me?

I will be glad to get any info regarding my issue.

Thank you,
