Hello,

Here's the situation

10:00  -  Placed an order on an E-Commerce website ($1000)

11:25  -  Called the company to reduce order size.(-$200)

Test View: Scenario 1

No filters, "Exclude known bots and spiders" un-checked.

Example Transaction ID: ABC123

Google analytics Transactions Report looked like this

Transaction ID         Revenue

ABC 123                     $1000

ABC 123                      -$180

Test View Scenario 2:

No filters, Checked radio button:  "exclude known bots and spiders"

Google Analytics Transactions Report

Transaction ID         Revenue

ABC 123                     $1000

Not sure why -$180 isn't showing up in my report after I checked the radio button ? Need help asap. Thank you very much.
