Why are the conversions different from the ecommerce transactions?
At the moment, there is only one product available in the online store.
I've set up a goal for tracking "order completed". And I have Enhanced Ecommerce tracking implemented. But what are the reasons why the conversions for the goal are higher than the transactions (ecommerce)?
Thank you in advance.
Re: Why are the conversions different from the ecommerce transactions?
Transactions are unique conversions but a user can reload or re-visit the order completed page in a different session so the goal will be completed more times. Please check the document below for more information about goals and ecommerce transactions.
