Dear,

We continued with a new online ticketing platform. From our website www.intrapreneurshipconference.com the user goes to to the domain of Eventzilla http://events.eventzilla.net/e/intrapreneurship-conference-stockholm-2138887474. I see this URL popping up in the source code (html,css) so I set this as a goal in GA, but haven't received any data yet. If somebody buyes a ticket they are redirected to another domain

https://www.eventzilla.net/web/confirmation?Banktransfer=banktransfer&&OrderRef=20173192111-2987375&...

This url mentioned above doesn't pop up in the source code. So I suppose not trackable? (questionmark)

Does anyone has a solution concerning settings, customazation or programming to make the tracking work? With this I mean when someone buyes a ticket.

Thank you

Hello Brecht,

If the user is going to eventzilla from your website then you must be having a hyperlink on your website to eventzilla. You can add event on that link i.es you can track people going to that domain through that link.

While going to payment gateway or the bank page, I guess you cant track that but you can do one thing after the payment has done, redirect those users to your website's thank you page and add the goal on that thank you page. This way you can track the payment completed users too.

Hope this will work.

Regards.
