Weird Revenue Tracking. Revenue greater than Product Revenue

Hi,

I have seen a very weird tracking problem on my site, the Revenue is actually 3 times greater than Product Revenue. I did some research and found out usually the Product Revenue is the higher one cause it doesn't take tax and shipping into calculation.

Just wondering what could go wrong? Missing the product tag/code?

Thank you in advance!

Hi Vincent,

Can you post your ecommerce tracking code from your success page? Thanks!

Hi Arnold,

Unfortunately, I am not able to provide the code for the time being cause only the IT department has access to the success page. Is that something I can grab from GA as well? Or is there anything else you can possibly use to check the problem?

Vincent

Hi Vincent,

Most likely there is a problem with the transaction values in the ecommerce tracking script in your implementation. The only way to figure it out is to check the actual code on the success page.
