Using Events and Destination

Hello,

 

Question.  We have a 2 video on 4 pages on our site that I set up the event tracking on (0, 25, 50% and click and pause, etc).  

 

What is the best way to set up these as goals?  I know there is a destination and event type, but is there a way to say "they watched 25% of the video and clicked the submit button" or "they pressed click and they made it to a landing page"

In my opinion, this stuff is best measured using custom segment. You can create sequences where you can define all visitors who reached event xx and visited page xx. Then you can analyze this segment and see how they performed compared to other visitors and just use your regular goals as indicators.
