URL Generator not tracking in "Campaigns"

I've created several parameterized URLs and put them out in the wild. They're getting clicks because I've clicked them myself and we've generated at least one sale from one. I've waited 24-48 hours to see them show up in Acquisition > Campaigns but they don't. What could be wrong?

Try enter the URL into browser and maybe helps instead ? in first utm parameters (www.example.com/?utm_source) use & or #

I used Google's URL builder and it inserted the ?, not the & or #. Is the suggestion that maybe Google's own URL builder is flawed? Here are the links as it constructed them:

no, it is not flawed, but your webserver may not support URL address with "?" Google should support both options, however sometimes is problems with webservers and support characters. If these URLs are yours, I think, thats right. - just click on this URL - http://www.norchillcoolers.com/combo-ice-chest-packages/#utm_source=twitter&utm_medium=socialmedia&u... and later look on your GA stats or real time as GA see this visit - how source, visit, etc. Try sometimes anonymous window.

The ecommerce company we use assures me that the ? query string token is accepted and that the parameters won't be dropped. I did just now click the link in an anonymous browser. I guess we'll see in a couple of days or more.
