Two or more events need to happen for a goal to be achieved

Hi,

I am trying to establish a goal where customers have conducted at least two events.

Watched at least one of our different introduction videos (event when video is finished)

& read our terms and conditions (event when document is opened)

All events are on the same page - so a funnel goal does not work for me.

Can anybody help me with this?

Thanks,

Michael

Hello Michael B,

Just bind those two things together. All you have to make your video available to users only after they read our terms and conditions.

Then count the video play event as goal.

Hi Soumik,

Unfortunately I cannot do this - Terms and Conditions have to be available all the time.

But thank you for the suggestion.

Hey Michael, how are things?

You could fire a virtual pageview for each step, and use them on your funnel. You can do that manually by hard coding, or using Google Tag Manager which is very recommended.

To understand how to create a pageview, this article can help:

Hope this helps.
