Hello Guys,

I need a little help.
My client uses one google analytics account their own website account and I also have my own analytics account. (I'm the SEO and Marketing guy).

Is it possible to have two Google Analytics account on 1 webpage / website?

Will this affect the browsing speed? Or any site statistics when we have two accounts script on 1 page?

Kindly help!

Thanks!

Best Regard,

Hi Mark
Yes, you absolutely can have two tracking codes on one page/website. It's very common.
Google Analytics uses async javascripts so it shouldn't slow down your website. However, if you're talking about milliseconds, it will.

If I were you, I'd install the tracking codes using Google Tag Manager. It will make diagnosing any issues much easier. You'll be cursing yourself when problems arise if you didn't.
