Transfer goals setup from one view to another view in the same property

I have a view setup in Analytics for a specific property.  Now I have created a new view for which we'd like to setup filters to exclude international traffic. I would however like the same goals to be setup on this new view.  Is there any way to export the goals and also custom content grouping from the one view and import it on the second view.  Basically copy all the same settings from one to the other.

Regards

Thank you for the reply.  The problem with that is that the newly copied view looses the historic data.  I have tried to copy the original view and setup the filter to exclude international traffic, as you suggest, but then the new view only has data from the moment it came into existence. None before that.

I found an article that explains how to share "assets" (this includes goal configurations as well as custom channel groupings, custom dashboards etc).  I only found that the method did not work using Safari, but did in fact when using Chrome.
