Transaction with zero revenue

I'm recording transactions paid via PayPal using Measurement protocol.

Yesterday I had 8 of them reported (accurate according to our internal tracking) but one of them has zero revenue.

Referral for that transaction was m.facebook.com

I'm wondering if using mobile device to access site and make PayPal payment has some inherent problems I don't know about?

1. I believe mobile device has JS on, otherwise most of the site would not work

2. PayPal is sending notification to my callback page and I'm then triggering Measurement protocol in the same way I would have if the client was not on the mobile device.

Any idea where I should be looking next?

Hi,

If you can run a test transaction from mobile device to simulate the scenario:

You can easily debug on the website callback page with GA debugger:
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/jnkmfdileelhofjcijamephohjechhna

You can check in chrome, console tab with 'Preserve log' turned ON.

And see what all values are being sent to GA.

Best Regards,
GA Guru.

No, in this case GA debugger is not an option. As I wrote, I'm using Measurement protocol, so communication to GA is done on the server not client.
