Tracking repeat customers after a specific campaign
we run an online shop on which we make voucher campaigns on a regular basis. Our marketing team wants to analyze campaigns on the long run, meaning that a customer who used a voucher for it should be also tracked after that. For instance if two months after that he/she buys another product without a voucher, we should be able to determine he was acquired through this original voucher campaign. Is there anyway we can use enhanced ecommerce for this?
We already planned to implement user ids. But after that we probably need to determine the correct dimension to track it back to the original campaign. How should the connection between both transactions be made?
Can anyone help me with this?
