Tracking Contact Page For Calls and Form Submittion
I am looking for best practices for Goal setup when I have a Contact Page that people may call me from or may submit a Contact Form from. I would like to consider it a Conversion if they see the Contact page (because they may call us from it) and I would also like to consider it a Conversion if they submit the Contact form on the page.
I don't want to double count conversions when someone see the Contact page and then submits the form. I know I can set-up both Goals, but am looking for best practice in this kind of a case. Thanks!
