Track goals on subdomain and "main" domain with Tag Manager

Hi there!

I have a "main" domain www.site.com and the subdomain app.site.com.

On the app.site.com there is an Angular application which manually triggers tag by

dataLayer.push({ event: 'account.created' });

I want to be able to track this event (goal) on the main site GA  (and, if possible on the app site) and need some help with these questions:

1) should I have separate Tracking IDs for www.site.com and app.site.com or should they share common?

2) if separate, which Tracking ID should be specified for the tag (Google Analytics Settings)

3) In general, which is the better approach in my case: to have one property (tracking ID) and multiple views or separate properties for each site.

Thanks in advance!

Georgiy.
