Totals are different using same log on ID

A colleague and I are using our managers GA account. We both are including the totals for Page Views and Users in our reports. But our totals very greatly. Is there something I'm not selecting or a value I need to  add/or delete from by query?

Thanks,

Nicolé

Hi Nicole,

you and your collegue do you use the same Analytics View? Go into Admin section if there might be different views in your data property.

Otherwise, using any active report segments? See at top of report pages if It's "All Sessions 100%" or something else.

We do use custom segments, but they're the same one.

Hmmh - check if the segments possible have same name but different definitions. Or if you maybe used different sampling settings (yellow bar top right if given).
