Setting up a goal if somebody clicks on a submit button on my page

We have a bunch of landing pages fr our different products.

The common thing on all of these is the forms, which are pulled into the page from a 3rd party system.

I need to set-up a goal in Analytics so I can tell how many people have signed up so I can trace these and see where they are all coming from.

Because we don't have access to the forms themselves I was wondering if it would be possible to set-up the Goal so that it registers if the "submit" button is clicked.

The forms are not loaded into an iFrame they are just pulled into our page through a script the form supplier gave us.

Is there a way of adding this without having to change the code in the forms themselves?

Is this even possible?
