Product Trade-In Tracking
We allow customers to trade-in old products for store credit. They can then use this store credit to buy something new. We have ecommerce tracking on our typical checkout funnel.
I'd like to track our trade-ins:
- Value of trade
- Specific products traded in
- Value of each product
- Promotions applied to the trade (extra value)
eCommerce tracking can do all of this, but it's already in use. I also don't want to mess up our calculated conversion rate, AOV, etc. How would you go about tracking this additional data?
