Problem with triggering a tag via Tag manager

Hello,

 

it looks like this. I want to trigger a tag with a virtual pageview after clicking a button. I dont really know what im doing wrong.

 

1) trigger.pngtag.pngupgrade.pngcode.pngsummary.png

 

Can you help me dear friends? Why it doesent fire? I tried also with Click Text = UPGRADE

Hi Jakub,

Your setup seems to be correct, when you check with GA debugger can you see your VPV firing?

Hi Jakub,

I have found GTM to struggle a bit when detecting those HTML5 elements. Try changing the trigger to
Click Element - Matches CSS Selector - #signup
(needs to remain as 'target All Elements' in the configuration)

If there are other buttons with the same ID, you might need to define it a bit more through the selectors, if there are more just post their syntax and I can help out again.
