One Page/Destination Goal Not Tracking in GA

Only one of my pages in GA is not tracking, the thank you page to a Contact Form. It is causing our Destination Goal not to work either. I don't understand why this one page isn't tracking.

Goal appears to be set up correctly in GA

Page has GA tracking code on it

Form leads to the correct page

We've had conversions in the last few days and they haven't been tracked

Hi Claire,

Please check also if you have any filters set that might block the thankyou page.

Hi Claire,

You can check if your tracking tag is working properly on your thank you page using the Google Tag Assistant Chrome extension.

Let me know what you find.

Hi Arnold, the Google Tag Assistant extension says its working. I also ran it to check and see if any other tags were blocking it, but it said it was fine.

That was it! I'm not sure why the filter was blocking it, but I tested it this morning and it was working so I deleted the filter. Thank you!
