Missing Tracked Events

We are using GA Events to track daily search submissions made by users on our site.  Overall the tracking seems to be working but for every 10 submissions or so made on the site the total event count in Google Analytics is missing 1 or 2 on a daily basis.  Does anyone else have the same or similar problem or there is some more adjustment that we need to make on our end?

For example, if there are 20 submissions, in Google Analytics we would see there are 18-19 goals converted.

Hi,

Only one goal completion is recorded in a single session, so if someone submits the form multiple times in a session, only one goal is counted. Please read how sessions work in GA in this document: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/2731565?hl=en

Hope this helps.

So far all the missed submissions counts are from unique user and session.
