Missing E-commerce Data in Analytics

Hello, I have an e-commerce website . The e-commerce transaction data in GA is missing for the last 2 weeks. I received a notification in my GA account recently that e-commerce data is missing. We made some design changes on the website December 11th after which the e-commerce data is missing from GA. The pageviews of the website is still showing in GA.

Earlier I didn't put any conversion tracking codes in my website except basic GA code for tracking the traffic and the Adwords conversion code. Even then I was getting the complete transaction data in my GA account. After this issue I added Ecommerce tracking data on the website. But, it is also not working.

This is the code I added to the ThankYou page of the website.

_gaq.push(['_setAccount', 'UA-59388239-1']);
_gaq.push(['_addTrans','5601','Ekam Online','42.98' ]);

_gaq.push(['_addItem', '5601', 'DB185F', 'Candles', 'Pillar', '250.00' ]);
_gaq.push(['_set', 'currencyCode', 'INR']);

What could be the reason for this issue?

You need to enable Ecommerce reporting in the view
in which you want to see the data.

Sign in to your Google Analytics account.
Navigate to the desired account, property and view
In the VIEW column, select Ecommerce Settings.
Click the Enable Ecommerce toggle ON.
Optional: Click the Enable Related Products toggle ON.
Click Next step.
Click Submit.

even though some parts of information are not required you must enter them to the code.
For example addItem needs 6 values
_gaq.push(['_addItem', '5601', 'DB185F', 'Candles', 'Pillar', '250.00','1' ]);
The last value that is missing - quantity - is actually required.

See this page (scroll down for complete example)
and check that all values are set. If you do not wish to send some pieces of information just enter ''
And remember order of entered values is important
To make bad day worse, spend it wishing for the impossible
