Merging 2 Goals into 1

Hi,

We have a couple different products in my ecommerce store and due to the nature of the products, we have to run 2 different order conformation URLs and thus have 2 goals setup in Analytics, is there a way to merge them together in reporting? In other words to have 1 goal that tracks 2 different URLs and counts them as conversions?

Thanks!

Hi Nejc,

Yes, change your goal type to "Regular expression" and use a pipe between the URL's in your destination goal.

e.g.

Two confirmation pages are /thanks and /receipt

Destination goal would be /thanks|/receipt

note the | between, this means "or".
