Measurement Protocol not registering ecommerce transactions

I am trying to log ecommerce transaction using the measurement protocol but i cannot get it to work

Both the Measurement Protocol Hit Builder and trying the tells me the call is valid

but nothing is registered in Analytics

Am i doing something wrong here?

the uid is an userid from our backend, this would not be tracked by analytics before the transaction. (user is created when transaction completes) could this be a problem?

Originally this is a solution to fix a problem where just a fraction of the transactions were logged using the analytics own .js.  Since neither way seems to work i suspect there might be some setting in Analytics preventing proper tracking.

Could this be a Analytics setup issue and not a js or integration issue?

Best Regards and greatful for any help

You didn't mention, but ..."For analytics.js the Enhanced Ecommerce plugin must be installed before using this field."
