Hello, everyone. This is my first time to Advertiser Community. I have a problem.

Our website has a Live Chat button in the left. It is a javascript link. http://www.router-switch.com/

The LiveChat page is http://chat.router-switch.com/chat.php(GA code is added).

In the Google Analytics direct traffic report, the Live Chat page has big page views, that only less than the home page.

Also we can't analysis the goals, because direct traffic.

So how can i track the Live Chat real traffic type? Organic? paid?

Hey,
Your LiveChat page contains an iframe which is why original source of traffic is lost. what you would have to do is setup cross domain iframe tracking here

here's how you can setup cross domain iframe tracking
https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/gajs/gaTrackingSite#trackingIFrames

Hope this help,
Cheers
