I'm getting revenue, but not Source, Medium, etc. reported

Our shopping cart is on a third party site.

They make the calls below to report the sale.

We get the revenue and items, etc. But we do not get the utm_ values (no Aqusition analytics : source, medium, etc.)

I've tested by  going to our site, looking at realtime analytics and confirming it shows a Source and Medium for me and then placing an order.

The revenue shows up but the Medium and Source do not.

Code is below.

Any suggestions?

Do I need to enable anything special for Acquisition tracking on third party site?

<script type='text/javascript'>

var _gaq = _gaq || [];
_gaq.push(['_setAccount', 'UA-0000-1']);    // reset for security reasons
'Bungalow Software',

'Bungalow Trial CD- with fully-functional trials over 20 therapy programs',
' ',

(function() {
var ga = document.createElement('script'); ga.type = 'text/javascript'; ga.async = true;
ga.src=('https:' == document.location.protocol ? 'https://ssl' : 'http://www') + '';
var s = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(ga, s);

<!--Google Analytics-->
<script type="text/javascript">
(i[r].q=i[r].q||[]).push(arguments)}},i[r].l=1*new Date();a=s.createElement(o),
ga('create', 'UA-95958-1, 'auto');
ga('send', 'pageview');
