I don't have a website and don't need Google Analytics

Hi,

I just discovered today that Google Analytics is helping to slow down every page I load. I do not have a business website, don't ever remember installing Analytics and now can't get rid of it. Any advice is more than welcome.

Cheers,

Lindsay Wilkinson

Hi Lindsay,

If you have the Google Analytics tracking code added to your website you can simply remove it. It's also possible that you are including external content that has analytics installed. If you can share your site URL I could look into it for you.

Hi Lindsay,

Removing google analytics not recommended at all, if you have a problem with website performance, you simply can use Google Tag Manager to control all of static codes.
