How to use use company currency rate for global currency conversion rather than google daily default

our company does transactions in Europe and North America.  We have a standard conversion currency rate that we want to apply in lieu of Google's currency converter approach.  Any ideas?

where is this happening?
you can set a currency in your GA reports
you can set currency in AdWords
you can do what you like with currency on your own site - have a default etc. depending on platform etc.

can you flesh out the question please.

David,

Here are more details. It is for purchase transactions on the site. Orders are tracked by the currency submitted around the globe without issue. However, when we look at commerce reports, the Euro and other currencies are converted into USD funds which is part of our admin definition. In the info we've found, that currency exchange rate to convert other currencies into USD is based on the currency exchange rate that fluctuates daily. We have a fixed currency rate that we want to use for that conversion rate.

The other expectation is to show reports by each region that is specific to their local currency. Those reports are also converting into USD funds.

Thanks for reaching out. Hope this provides additional insight requested.
