How to make Analytics work with video campaign

I am currently running several video campaigns in Adwords and I want to find out the overall effect of them. As far as I know if a user clicks on the YouTube ad then comes back to the company site a couple of days later via organic search, the conversion will be credited to the video campaign. But in Analytics the same conversion will be credited to "google/organic". Is there a way to show how many of those conversions were first lead by the users interacted with the video campaign in Analytics?

The main reason I am asking is because sometimes when a user interacts with the YouTube ad but converted on a different computer a few days later, Adwords would not be able to attribute the conversion to the video campaign, it basically lost track of the user. I just want to find out if Analytics can somehow find those "lost" conversions (it's not really lost but rather attributed to other channels like search), if someone knows how to do it in Adwords please let me know as well. Greatly appreciated!!

Hi @Richard L

Analytics - you can always check out the MCF part of the reports where multiple touchpoints for a specific user / cookie are available. Pleas note it is not the one real user but a unique cookie value by default. No other way of reporting on real user level other than using the user id feature - though questionable for this case.

AdWords on the other hand allows cross device conversion tracking once you use the conversion pixel. https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6238665?hl=en

Hope it helps.

I agree with you, once a user converts on a different IP without logging into Chrome browser then there is no way to track it.
