How to hide affiliate transaction price in Google Analytics Ecommerce tracking JS source code?
I'm trying to hide the transaction Ecommerce tracking code from the "thank you" page's source code as my conversion values are not public. More info on StackExchange: http://webmasters.stackexchange.com/questions/91419/how-to-hide-affiliate-transaction-price-in-googl...
I was thinking about using Google Analytics Data Import (API) to inserting the transactions into Google Analytics manually. Is this possible to automate? Or is there any other way to do this?

Yes, you'll have to use the data import API if you want to keep it hidden. Alternatively, you can use the actual values from the site that the end user sees when they purchase but use a calculated metric on the GA or AdWords end (this is what we do now). You can find out more here: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6121409?hl=en
As for automating the data import, well, that's completely up to you as to how you want to do it. The API is provided, you have to code a solution for your specific setup.
