Hi Guy,

You can reverse a transaction, please check this document:

Guy,

You can also segment out data by creating a custom segment, to do this you will need to find the transaction IDs of the transactions you do not want and then filter out the information.

First locate the transaction ID by navigating to Conversions > Ecommerce > Transactions
Then exclude the transaction by creating a custom segment - +add segment > New Segment >
Condition > Sessions > Exclude
Transaction ID > Contains > {enter Transaction ID}

Here is the downloadable segment: https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web/template?uid=f_2sabRhRyaWBMjxvquBPg (Don' t forget to replace xxxxxx with your transaction ID you want to exclude)

I filtered out 4 transactions this way (and changed the rule to "exactly matches" just to check) and 7 transactions got filtered out.  Any ideas? Does the transaction filter link to user/session or something maybe?
